1. Check-in is any time after 2pm and check out is 11am on weekdays and 2pm on Shabbat. These times are flexible, but if you have special requests, please let us know prior to your arrival.

2. Please contact us sometime during the week before your arrival to confirm your time of arrival and any special requests you may have.

3. We provide all bed-linen, towels, blankets and the houses are equipped with many other conveniences designed to make your stay more comfortable. Please contact us to check before you shlep up something you wont need.

4. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, hot-plate, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, silverware as well as coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Everything in the kitchen is kosher-dairy only, so please respect this. If you use the kitchen, please have the consideration to wash the dishes and not leave a mess.

5. Breakfast is delivered to your breakfast box before 8am. It is a picnic basket that contains a selection of local produce including organic bread, goats cheese and yogurt and other goodies that you prepare in your cottage.

6. There is a TV that is hooked up to a cable network.

7. There is a seperate picnic area with its own BBQ pit. We dont provide charcoal but lighting fluid is available.

8. Our guests receive a 10% discount at Zippori National Park as well as discounts in many other local businesses and restaurants. Please check with us for details.

9. There is a grocery store on the moshav with a wide selection of goods as well as newspapers, local produce and picnic equipment. It is located in the center of the moshav, a 15-minute walk from the cottages. It's hours: Sun, Teus, and Weds from 7am till 4pm. Mon and Thurs from 7am till 7pm, and on Fri from 7am till 3pm.

10. There are several dogs residing in Zippori Village who provide entertainment and security for our guests. Please do not bring your own dog unless you have co-ordinated it with us and our dogs up front.

11. There is a huge grassy lawn for the kids as well as a playground and other attractions for the kids.

Cancellation policy:
1. Reservations on weekends and holidays are guaranteed only if we receive a security check or a credit card number up front.
2. There is usually no cancellation fee for any reservation cancelled or postponed up to two weeks in advance.
3. Cancellations or postponments made from 14 days to 48 hours before time of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation.
4. Any cancellation or postponement made in the last 48 hours before time of arrival is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

1. קבלת חדרים החל משעה 14:00, פינוי חדרים: בימי השבוע - 11:00 ובשבת - 14:00. אם ברצונכם להגיע או לעזוב בשעה אחרת יש להודיענו מראש.

2. אנא צרו עמנו קשר בשבוע הקודם לבואכם, על מנת לתאם מראש את זמן בואכם, ובקשות מיוחדות, אם יש לכם.

3. אנו מספקים מצעים, מגבות ושמיכות והבתים מצויידים במבחר שירותים שיועדו להקל על שהייתכם במקום. אנא בדקו עמנו לפני הגעתכם כדי שלא תצטרכו לסחוב דברים מיותרים.

4. המטבחים מצויידים במקרר, מיקרוגל, כיריים, סירים, מחבתות, כלי אוכל וסכו"ם בנוסף לקפה, תה, סוכר וחלב. המטבח כולו הנו כשר-חלבי, אנא כבדו זאת. כמו כן אם אתם משתמשים במטבח, אנא קחו בחשבון שטיפת הכלים כדי שלא יווצר מהומה.

5. ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת בקופסת-הבוקר לפני 8 בבוקר. זו סלסלת פיקניק המכילה מבחר של תוצרת מקומית הכוללת לחם אורגני, גבינת עזים, יוגורט וכן מעדנים נוספים, להכנה עצמית בצימר.

6. בכל מבנה ישנה טלוויזיה המחוברת לכבלים.

7. ישנו אזור פיקניק נפרד עם מתקן לברביקיו. איננו מספקים פחמים אבל ניתן לקבל אמצעי הדלקה.

8. אורחינו זוכים להנחה של 10% בכניסה לגן הלאומי של ציפורי בנוסף להטבות אחרות בהרבה מן העסקים המקומיים והמסעדות. אנא בררו אצלנו פרטים נוספים.

9. במושב יש צרכניה עם מבחר גדול של מוצרי מזון כולל עיתונים, מוצרים מתוצרת מקומית וציוד פיקניק. החנות ממוקמת במרכז המושב, 15 דקות הליכה מ"כפר ציפורי". שעות פתיחה: ימים א, ג, ד: 07:00 - 16:00, ב, ה - 07:00 - 19:00, ו' - 07:00 - 15:00.

10. ב"כפר ציפורי" חיים גם כלבינו הפרטיים, המהווים מקור לשעשוע ובטחון לאורחינו. אנא המנעו מלהביא כלבים נוספים ללא תיאום מראש.

11. לילדים ישנו משטח דשא ענק, מגרש משחקים ואטרקציות נוספות.

אנא עזרו לנו לשמור על הקוטג'ים ותכולתם כמו על הגינה והדשאים הסובבים אותם. הרבה מחשבה ואהבה הושקעו בכל פרט בכפר ציפורי ואנו מקווים שהכל יהיה פה להנאתכם גם בשנים הבאות עלינו לטובה.

מדיניות ביטולים:
1. הזמנות בסופי שבוע ובחגים מובטחות רק אם נקבל צ'ק בטחון או מס' כרטיס אשראי מראש.
2. בד"כ לא יתבקש תשלום על ביטולים אודחיות של שבועיים מראש.
3. ביטולים שנעשו 14 יום עד 48 שעות מתאריך ההגעה שנקבע עלולים לחייב בתשלום של עד 25% מסך ההזמנה הכולל.
4. כל ביטול שיעשה בתוך 48 השעות שלפני זמן ההגעה המיועד עלול להיות מחוייב בתשלום של עד 50% מסך ההזמנה הכולל.
